Absolutely! We can add a 30 minute session as part of your consultation so you can get to know me and we can chat about you and your goals.
All package sessions are 1 hour long. However, we can also do 45 minutes if needed. Based on how many days you decide to train per week, I will suggest the muscle groups we need to focus on.
I cover the uptown Dallas area and The Sound on Cypress Waters for on-site sessions. However, I also offer virtual sessions through Zoom. For more information about virtual sessions please contact me directly at alvaro@alvarofitness.com.
Yes! I can train two people at the same time. The price per person will vary and you will get the same results as doing 1-on-1.
