On the call we’ll discuss your goals, past training experience, exercise and nutrition preferences or any specific areas you’d like to work on. You can ask as many questions as you like before you commit.

Step 3

We’ll set a date to start your program. With my guidance and accountability you’ll build the lean and athletic physique you’ve always wanted. Prepare to get in the greatest shape of your life.

What levels do you train?

All levels are welcome.

Do you offer a trial session?

Absolutely! We can add a 30 minute session as part of your consultation so you can get to know me and we can chat about you and your goals.

How long is the session duration?

All package sessions are 1 hour long. However, we can also do 45 minutes if needed. Based on how many days you decide to train per week, I will suggest the muscle groups we need to focus on.

Do you offer virtual sessions, or just on-site sessions?

I cover the uptown Dallas area and The Sound on Cypress Waters for on-site sessions. However, I also offer virtual sessions through Zoom. For more information about virtual sessions please contact me directly at alvaro@alvarofitness.com.

Do you offer couple personal training sessions?

Yes! I can train two people at the same time. The price per person will vary and you will get the same results as doing 1-on-1.
