What is the difference between the 3 packages?

All programs include an onboarding meeting, personalized workout programs, nutrition plans as well as updates based on progress. The only difference is the amount of sessions of each program.

Additionally, we will have a weekly check-in on your first workout of the week. It serves as an important accountability checkpoint, allowing us to review your progress, celebrate milestones, and make any necessary adjustments to your program.

What happens after the program, can I continue working with you?

Absolutely, after the initial program, we can continue on a package basis.

What if I travel a lot?

If you're a frequent traveler, this service is ideal for you. I can easily adapt your program based on the gyms available at hotels or switch to bodyweight training if equipment is not accessible. Alternatively, I can collaborate with you to modify your program to align with your travel plans and ensure your progress continues seamlessly.
