What is the difference between the 3 packages?

All programs include an onboarding call, personalized workout programs and nutrition plans as well as updates based on progress. However, the difference is in the level of accountability provided.

Once the program begins, depending on your program level, you will have access to daily instant messaging support directly from me. I believe in maintaining a personal connection, so you can expect to hear from me personally. This ongoing support ensures that your questions and concerns are addressed promptly, and you have the guidance you need at every step.

Additionally, we will have a weekly check-in every Sunday. This check-in can be conducted through written or video messages, whichever you prefer. It serves as an important accountability checkpoint, allowing us to review your progress, celebrate milestones, and make any necessary adjustments to your coaching program.

With this comprehensive support system in place, you can rest assured that you will receive a high level of accountability and guidance throughout your journey. Your success is my priority, and I am dedicated to being there for you every step of the way.

What happens after 12 weeks, can I continue working with you?

After the initial program, we can continue on a monthly basis, and you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.

What if I travel a lot?

If you're a frequent traveler, this service is ideal for you. I can easily adapt your program based on the gyms available at hotels or switch to bodyweight training if equipment is not accessible. When it comes to holidays, you have the option to pause your coaching during that time to avoid missing weeks of your program. Alternatively, I can collaborate with you to modify your program to align with your travel plans and ensure your progress continues seamlessly.

Do I need to have gym access to succeed in this program?

Absolutely not. Since all programs are 100% tailored to you, we will work with what you have at your disposal. Additionally, if you don't have gym access nor gym equipment, I will make some recommendations.
