How much weight can I lose in 4 weeks or less?
We've had clients lose up to 12 pounds in a month. It all depends on your level of commitment.
I don't need to lose much weight, I just want to get leaner. Is it possible in a month?
Yes, you can accomplish a lot in a month if you put your mind to it. As long as you are consistent and follow the program exactly as provided, you will be able to drop up to 3% body fat in one month.
